as mentioned, your previous bill could have been an "estimate" while this one is the "actual" reading. BUT, you also "glossed by" the mention of A/C but really didn't indicate what the A/C rating was... it appears that you running it in some form 24/7 maybe. IF so, that's going to eat up power.
