Don't forget the Aisin trans is a true medium duty and not de-neutered like the Allison in the GM's.
Actually he is not correct. GM used the 6.6 in medium duty trucks. I have one in my 5500. Allison is de-neutered? Interesting.
Yes, the Allison in the pickup line is not the same as in the Medium Duty application. The duty cycle of the Cummins is around 350K and the GM and Ford are around 250K.
