Problem with slide out rubber seal at the top

Looks like me saying 1,000 time that I love my trailer and had major problems came back on me.
I'm no repair expert but this looks like it's gonna be expensive.

I have a trip coming up on Tuesday and not sure if I should cancel it and run this into the shop

    Looks like the adhesive holding the seal in place just gave way.
    Maybe re position it and reattach with rubber cement or RTV.

    The seal does not look torn, it might just need to be re-set in place, cleaned and condition, maybe some sealer. It seems like it has been sticking to the slide and pulling down. How old is he TT. Have you ever done any maintenance on the slide.

    It looks like the whole corner section slid upwards. Are you positive it's not been like that for quite some time? Maybe forever?
