I see an ad online for the Good Sam extended warranty, and it says this:
Choose Your Repair Shop Or Use One of Our Service Centers
You have the choice when repairs are needed. Simply take it to any service center, give them your ESP insurance card and call in your claim. We will do the rest!

If this is the over-priced plan you bought, then use a local repair shop or mobile repair and NEVER set foot in a CW again.
