Problems with our new camper
Hello friends, I'm posting this complaint for everyone to read to hear comments from you to see if you have had any of these problems that I've had. I love camping and this is my second travel trailer...

Step 1, contact the trailer manufacturer and ask what is the process for getting warranty work done by a non-dealer. Generally you pay for it and then get reimbursed by FR.
Step 2, absolutely stop using Camping World for service. Look at other independent RV repair shops in the area.
It's possibly a hike for you but I've used Jim Donnie's outside of Baltimore for work before and had good experiences. There was a delay with my rig with them (3 weeks) but that was because of Lippert. (It definitely was- as I was on the phone with Lippert and ended up driving to Indiana for parts to save on shipping time.)
Otherwise, look at mobile RV techs to come to you. Nothing you've describes sounds that major. (Frustrating, for sure. I don't mean to minimize what you're dealing with.)
And lastly, spend the time to do a full and proper PDI inspection of the unit. I've used this checklist quite a few times now and have been happy with its thoroughness:
