Problems with our new camper
Hello friends, I'm posting this complaint for everyone to read to hear comments from you to see if you have had any of these problems that I've had. I love camping and this is my second travel trailer...

My local one (Knoxville tn) tried rapidly swapping paperwork and wanting me to "just sign it" until I confused the salesman with his own numbers (he wasn't very bright) and then the 'sales manager' tried to physically intimidate me into signing. Seriously. I emailed CW on this and all they did was shine me on and promise to get back to me. Several emails and 3 years later and I still haven't heard boo from them.
And I LOVE telling this story at campgrounds. This type of treatment of customers has long term effects.
