Propane Generator

I'm looking at the champion 3800w dual fuel generator, and was wondering if anyone knows the run-time for a 20lb. propane tank? I had only been thinking generators can run gasoline, didn't realize they can run on propane also. I was waiting to get a pickup because I didn't want to haul gasoline and gasoline generator in my van (smell/vapors), but propane I can work with!

    I don't know which would worse for us running out of Propane or running out of Gasoline when camping off the power grid.

    I suspect finding PROPANE would be much harder to do then finding gasoline.

    With gasoline I always have an additional source for emergencies by hand pumping gasoline from the truck gas tank...
