Proper sized camper for Ram 1500 Ecodiesel
So over the last few years I've been trying to add a bit more camping into my UTV/V-Strom adventures. So far I've relied on truck tents. I know these are not very popular but they have served me well....

"Payload weight is the sum of all cargo and contents carried in the bed of a vehicle. When towing, trailer tongue weight must also be accounted for in the total payload."
Notice this does not say that the weight of the passengers in the cab are part of the published payload capacities, nor the fuel in the tank.
