I don't want to tell you that you should do that, without seeing your camper, I just know mine was pretty neglected and I felt it was needed. The silicone was in bad shape and I know the butyl was starting to dry out. I am glad I changed all mine out making sure its a tight seal. Just one observation, at the RV parts place that I get my stuff, when you buy any parts that attach to the camper they give you enough butyl to seal it. I did my best to seal everything on my camper roof, sides, doors every thing except the windows. Ill get to them also for now I have just resealed them with geocel.
