From what I see diagrammed, the major cause of angst is a "pole" that is 4' into the parking area. Since you have a 15' wide gate and an 8' wide trailer, you should still have 3' of clearance around that pole.
If pull-though direction vs location is a problem, do like others have stated, buy a front mounted receiver for your truck. You are pulling this with a truck, correct?
