I would really look close to the 2009 model as this was the last of a series that had some leak problems associated with the very large rear bedroom slide. There was also some under-sized slide motors originally with this model.
The 2010 models and up really fixed a bunch of these problems.
Another problem associated with the older X213 units was the level of slides over time. After awhile the slide would not be level and when you brought it back in it may tear your upholstery on the couch seats and the dinette seats. That also was addressed with the newer models...
I really haven't tried to follow the newer X213 units to see how they are performing to date. Was very very interested in getting one in the 2010 time frame and did alot of research on them at the time.
I love to idea of the large bedroom slide the X213 has.
May not be any issues now but the 2009 and earlier models sticks in my mind as being problem childs.
The 2010 and up model moved to side windows on the large slide verses the one large rear window the 2009 had also.
