We had a new queen pillow top in our AF when we bought it (11" thick). We like a full size so wanted to remove it.
I tried with the wifes help but it was just too awkward, too big, and way too heavy to manuver in the TC.
We enlisted our neighbors son, who helped me get a ratchet strap under it and then fold it with the strap around it to keep it there. With the ratchet strap it became circular but we could push the sides in and get it down the isle. We got it out.
It didn't seem to damage it. Still in use on a bed in our spare bedroom.
