The 2017 F350 dually handles it perfectly and I had no problem to shoot 80 mph when I needed.
Actually with normal, slightly lower load the rear was still higher than front and I have to put 2x planks under front wheels to level.
I also tow light boat with it, so the only reason I could see for F450 would be 7000 lb trailer.
The reason the 450/4500+ even came up is the lack 350/3500 availability on the market right now. There are a few GM 3500s available, but they are pushing into the $80,000 range. You can't even order a moderately priced one because electronic components are going into the highest priced trucks. They're putting lots of useless options on right now to escalate the MSRP.
