I would ask some specific questions about the road hazard warranty. Usually that only covers a tire that has been ruined by picking up something or running over something that made the tire irreparable, not collateral damage cause by a blowout.
As far as the OP's original question, the tire maker probably wouldn't cover trailer damage from a blowout, but it never hurts to ask. Just be sure to ask before plopping down money for coverage that isn't going to be there when you need it. That's why we buy insurance for our rigs.
