Been searching for a tire with a higher load rating than 3064lbs, but can't find anything available for a 16x6.5" rim. And cant find anything other than the Rickson or Visions. Would like to be able to go to 17 or 18, don't really wish to spend a couple grand on new tires and rims.
You're not going to find one for a 16x6.5 rim. 245/75R16 Load Range E is the best you can do, and those are 3064lbs across the board.
The only way to get more load capacity is to buy rims, period. You'll have more tire choices if you stick with 16" rims, but go wider.
I'm struggling with how to say this, but it's a matter of you gotta pay if you want to play. You can't say, "I want to haul a heavy camper" and say "I don't want to spend the money to properly equip my truck" in the same breath.
On the bright side, your truck only weighs about 2800lbs on the rear axle empty, which gives you about 3200lbs of payload capacity back there. You may only be 1500lbs under GVWR with the heavy diesel, but that is all on the front axle.
