Questions on an enclosed trailer
I posted this in the TC area as we are the ones that use trailers the most I would think. Anyway my new enclosed Road Force 7X14 trailer has made its way home with me. After waiting since December for it. The question that I have for the folks here has anyone added in the E track for tying things down? If you have what is the best way of doing it? I am planning on putting down 10' of E track. This would leave about 4' in the front without track. I plan on using my tool box in the front which is 20" deep. I plan on using self tapping screws to fasten it down to the cross members under the deck. In between these points of tie down I'm planning on using bolts through the floor with a fender washer on the underside to add strength.
I'm also thinking about seeing what the cost of having the floor and up about 2" on the sidewall would cost to have with either Line X or Rhino sprayed on. I would also have the ramp done. Any thoughts on this? I don't think this would add a lot of weight to the trailer and I'll never use the full capacity of it anyway as it well be used mostly to haul the Harley Trike at 1400# or the Can Am ATV at about 900#. Then some fuel and tools and that would be it. Probably a total weight of 2000#. Plus the weight of the trailer is 2200#, so total weight of 4200# or so. The trailer is rated for a GVWR of 7000#
I forgot to get a picture of both of them together before I unhitched it so here is a picture of it.

I ordered it as close as I could get it to the color of the truck. Here is a picture of the truck that well pull it.
