... or adults. :) Seriously though, some people and kids are way louder than any generator. Funny enough that I hear them more than then unusual barking dog.
Still, I try not to annoy my neighbors by knowing when to use the generator to cause the least distraction for everyone else. The adults and kids generally make noise at all hours of the day and night.
