Death wobble (DW) isn't going to be an issue on that truck. The suspension was updated in 2010 and unless it has a ton of miles and BFG tires, DW is not an issue on any of them.
It is worth paying a premium price for a low mileage clean truck.

New trucks are a better deal than a low mileage clean truck at premium price, if you make the effort to get a good deal.
