Just wanted to know if there are significant differences in this model year vs 2014 up to 2016. Interior looks the same as others I've looked at. This one has custom wheels and what I call mud tires that I'm not really excited about. Very nice otherwise.

You're correct, $46K is WAY too high, but I'm sure that's just their opening shot in the negotiation. Just to give you a rough benchmark, I I paid $47K plus fees for my new 2016 CTD Big Horn 2500. Granted, it's not a Laramie, but it's otherwise fully loaded. About the only thing it does not have is Leather and a moon roof.
Actually, if you don't need a super-loaded truck, you can get a NEW Ram Cummins for less than $46K.
