ram 3500 oil change
2015 Ram 3500 diesel has 4800 miles 7 months new. dealer said I need to do oil change now. 2nd dealer says not yet, when should I computer says 62 left

I think I had the first change at 6,800. The original oil is syn in order to meet the cold weather starting warning so pay attention to what you are getting if you take it to the dealer. I had mine done in Florida and the dealer used Shell triple T and I continue to use it but I'm never in the cold conditions that call for syn. Genos garage has an oil comparison write up on it with sample testing, not opinions.
