Ram break-in period before towing?
With my 2006 the manual said not to tow before 500 miles to let the gears set it. I downloaded the 2015 manual but can't find anything on this. I know the Cummins doesn't have a break-in period. Anyon...

Service manager at dealership where I got mine last fall said:

don't use cruise control for 500 miles. He said just the variable RPM's developed by use of the foot are good for breaking in a motor.
