RAM HD Tradesman (ST, SXT in Canada) comfy enough?

Looking to get a 4x4 truck this Spring and will probably upgrade to a new HD at the same time, perhaps even diesel. We don't need, and can't afford, anything fancy, so would like to look at a 2500...

I agree that you need to prioritize if you cannot afford it all. I was able to get my 5500 tradesman with CTD, Aisin and upfits for less than many 3500 DRW's being sold on the lot. My previous F250 XL also had all the towing and performance upgrades which turned it into a Class 3 on a budget even if the paper tags did not reflect it.
