I was in the same situation a few weeks ago. A local dealer had a used 2012 Ram 3500, with 300 miles on it, and asking 49,999. I decided to pass on it, and found one 3 hours away, I got a 2013 Ram 3500, for around 48,000. I would walk away the truck at what the are asking.
