I did a pressure test a couple of years ago myself using a tub over a roof vent and a leaf blower. Probably not the most effective but it found a few things but nothing in this area. I suspect it could be a water pump fitting, window, antenna, or the roof edge. It may even be the J-skirt, since it was repaired a couple of years ago. Maybe they didn't seal it correctly. I figured re-sealing the window would be fairly easy and good preventative maintenance. I don't mind the butyl tape it just has a tendency to ooze out on hot days. I would prefer closed cell tape but not sure where I can find locally and if anyone had troubles using it. As far as sealant I prefer DAP dynaflex 230. I used geocell once and it turned yellow and fell off after a year.
