Don't think there is really a wrong choice in your situation. However, if it was me, I'd go 4.10. With the 4.10 all you're giving up is a little MPG (less than 1 MPG). That's a fair trade to reduce the strain on your drivetrain with any load. Sure, it may not be an important issue with lighter loads, but nonetheless a 4.10 rear end does reduce drivetrain stress (vs. 3.42 & 3.73) with all loads. Plus, you never know what your future holds in terms of a much larger rig. Why limit your future choices over <1 MPG?
