rear end ratio
OK so I feel I am stressing the truck to much in hilly conditions pulling my 5th wheel camper, seems fine out on open road but needs help near the lakes and camp grounds going up those sometimes large...

OP read this post and then read it again.
If you want to go up a hill at a lower RPM it won't happen with a gear change. To do that you will need a bigger displacement engine (think big block because they make their power at a lower RPM) or forced induction like a super or turbocharger.
The new engines as a general rule make their horse power at a lower RPM also.
Sounds like you really want a diesel or even an Ecoboost because they make their horsepower at about half the RPM of a gas engine.
A gear change won't do what "you" want it to do.
