Been discussed here many times. The General agreement is that rear kitchens work great and dont result in stuff bouncing around or falling over in the fridge anymore than any other floor plan.
With out own TT we see no difference over the last TT we had with a mid-kitchen.
Most RKs are probably just fine, but some are definitely a problem.
In our RKS, we've had the pantry door and upper cabinet doors fly open, the stove grate come off, things bounce out of the sink and even the rod on the mini-blinds jump off it's hook. And this has happened after only a 20 mile or so trip to our CG on good roads. We installed shocks which really helped, but would have installed them anyway.
It can be pretty annoying to get to the CG only to find coffee and broken dishes on the floor. BTDT.
I've read about some having issues with bounce in their RKs, but it depends on a number of factors like overall length, GVW, axle/spring rating, frame strength and how stiff the suspension is in the TV. Some TTs have a fabricated frame made from 3 pieces of mild steel welded together and these have a lot more flex in them which causes more vertical movement at the tail of a TT.
