You got an ORS# for that rule? While you are asking, ask how an OR resident towing a trailer under 1800 lbs can comply. In OR, these trailers don't need a plate; so the LEO has no way of identifying you from behind. Or are we expected to move the truck plate to the trailer whenever we hitch up?
