Suggest looking for TT that has Queen with lots of foot space clearance. If factory short RV queen, simply remove the short 75" mattress and replace with normal "house" queen = which is 80".
To support the extra 5", simply lay down a cut sheet of 5/8" plywood. Round its corners with a jig saw and put longer mattress on it. If wondering, I did this upgrade on my 2006 Jayco FBS and that extra 5" (or so) works great.
