I would suggest looking at the rear king slide models where you sleep head to the back of the slide.
I'm the same height and was SOOOOOO glad KZ came out with the king slide when we were looking in '08. No climbing over DW to get out, although it's a little shimmy to slide out of....not a big deal. Most comfortable be I've slept in in a RV....we switched to a front queen bedroom style TT and it feels squishy in comparison.
I tried to fit on one of the rear queens where you sleep across the width of the trailer....just couldn't see it happening.
