My Kodiak 240KSSL would almost fit your requirements, its under 30 ft, but a little over the 5K weight, mine is around 5200 lbs plus gear etc. Also might be a little harder to find in your budget.
I'm 6 ft and my feet come to near the end of the bed, but since it a king size and you sleep with your head to the back, there is lots of room to lay a little side ways.
