Just curious What credit card gives the best rate on diesel?

PenFed Cash Rewards Visa Platinum: 5% cash back on fuel every month, must be swiped at the pump so no cash back at truck stop lanes, car and RV lanes qualify. No start up fee and no yearly fee. I believe there is a charge for a paper bill, but not sure.
Equally good in Canada with NO transaction fees unlike AmEx that has transaction fees.
I'm unaware the other cash back Goldstalker posted, but will check.
We also used Capital One Visa card on the summer trip to Alaska with 1% cash back on everything. No fees and no Canada transaction fees.
