Recommendations for quiet portable generator

Main issue with generator choice is noise tolerance.
I own Honda 3000 EU for 13 (?) years and it runs perfect. Even after 3 years in storage, fresh gas and it started on 2nd pull, but I always run carburetor dry before storage.
It was the most quiet generator on the market on the time and I did not hear about quieter coming lately.
Honda 2000 for comparison comes slightly lounder, but the noise increase with load and when you put 1000 W load on Honda 3000, it will still stay quiet, when Honda 2000 will increase rpm and become lounder.
What I am getting to is that I did sleep with my 3000 running on front hitch ane AC cycling just fine.
On last vacations, in mild climate a neighbour at rest area was running Honda 2000 overnight, what I assume was for medical equipment.
Even the generator was 100 ft away and on other side of the trailer, I did hear it in quiet surroundings, so it was not as quiet as some want to believe.
Obviously neighbour generator will always annoy you more, than your own....
