Recommendations for quiet portable generator

The problem with the decibel ratings is they are really only quiet for a very low load which, in my experience, is not commonly found. Otherwise you better be taking the decibel reading standing about a football field away. I hate contractor model generators and think anyone who owns one for camping should have to sleep with it running next to their bed! :)

Noise level for the inverter model Hondas and Yamahas is not subtle. Mine screams when the AC compressor kicks in.
