OK sorry but I have to call BS on that.
Honda EUs do not “go up in smoke” when they overload.
All they do is return to idle speed and shut down the electricity.
You just stop it and restart it and it’s on again.
That’s how they work.
I’ve owned six of ‘em, over the last almost-20 years.
I’d have fried all of them if that story was true.
