Installing the front Torklift brackets on my 2016 Ram SRW was almost impossible. Had to fish wire the bolt and backup washer through the frame. Then hold the bracket up, hold the bolt, and tighten the nut. I only have 2 hands. I ended up holding the threaded part of the bolt with a small pair of needle nose ViseGrips. No problem on the rears. Fortunately they changed the fronts for the 2018 dually, or just changed them period.
The Bigwig was easy. But...I never could get it level, where it works best. I had the tail pipe cut, repositioned, and re-welded. But still not where it should be, right against the tailpipe. I transferred it to the new dually...fits perfect.
If I had it to all over I think I would just do Timbrens.
edit add: I have an in bed 7 pin but use the connection on the bumper. The Ram doesn't isolate the connection when the key is off. You stand a chance of draining the truck battery. So if I'm sitting somewhere a few days, I unplug at the rear bumper. I cant reach the in bed connection.
