My 2017 F350 carry 6500lb camper without modifications.
Adding leaves to suspension has very bad effect on empty ride.
I had C&C dually, who had 11 leaves on F350 and empty ride was so terrible that DW refused to ride with me when empty.
I crack granite slab when I tried to carry it in it.
I've been carrying slabs in trailers lot of times and never broke one before.
I am still waiting when pickup manufacturers will make air suspension standard, but I guess by then I will just push the button "home" on my command center and take a nap in the reclining seat before truck will get me there.
