registration woes with new truck

Yah, well I got a Cab-Chassis RAM 5500 from Idaho, registered in SD.. It's an "Incomplete Truck" too.. as I suppose they all are since nothing is on the chassis..
The local credit union, BECU Boeing in Seattle, WA, wouldn't touch it, only 3500s and below.
Insurance and Reg was a bit tricky, but the mail Drop peeps were able to guide me and get'er registered...
Tags still showing Incomplete Truck on the door tags, didn't need an inspections that I'm aware of. Maybe i do, just don't know... and letting "Sleeping Dogs Lie" for now...
