If you review the regulations on Agriculture Exempt fuel it is for "Off road use only" for agriculture vehicles. If your vehicle has a Registration (read license plate) it is not permissible for use of Dyed Diesel Fuel. Also might want to check in the regulations in how authorities may check for violations on this fact too. It is not that hard to check for misuse, that is why they dye is in the fuel. Once in your fuel system the dye can not be removed as it marks everything it comes in contact with. Also you might want to check your warranty in how this Non-Highway use fuel will impact your warranty, as well.
My recommendation for anyone considering this option, just to save a few bucks, consider the consequences.
