Remove light oxidation without hurting vinyl decals

I would go ahead and use the product you have but stay away from the decals with the polisher. I would do the work close to the decals by hand which is what I just did on mine.

I don't think you will find anything to remove the oxidation without petroleum products or gritty compounds.

I used the 3M one step blue. Worked very well.
