Remove light oxidation without hurting vinyl decals

Collinite Fiberglass Cleaner number 920.

You barely need a buffer at all with it and you should doi around the lettering by hand.

Have used this stuff followed by Collinite Fleetwax over my vinyl lettering for many years on my boats.
