REPAIR LANCE FIRST OR SELL AS IS?(DISCLOSE DAMAGE OF COURSE)

Need some opinions, I've got a 93 880 Lance that I'm going to sell because I want a new camper. I've always repaired as needed, kept in doors. But I hit a speed bump last summer hard & broke the rear tie down on drivers side. (Tie down is still there but came down about an 1" or so & broke the wood framing holding it). To fix it is a major ordeal,( I don't really have the time right now). The hot water tank would have to be removed & all the stuff on the drivers side to remove the metal 1/2 way up the side, to gain access to the wood frame to properly repair it.

I don't really think I would get anymore for the camper, (on a outright sale not a trade in). Probably not worth my time. Do you think I'm just better to sell as is & tell who ever buys it that it has been damaged.
On the other hand, I really hate to sell it "broken" because it really looks like new & I have always fixed things that I own. Thanks for the opinions!
