Repairing ceiling/roof on an ultralite camper

Our camper had a leak when the previous owner used it. It has been repaired since but I'm not 100% sure it was dried up well or that it is done quite right. If conditions are just right, I can feel moisture around the vent opening. With our Antigua being an ultralite, I don't see any trusses (maybe I'm wrong; I don't see any around the vent opening) and it seems the ceiling area is a sandwich of luan, styrofoam, luan. How would someone go about repairing areas? I'm thinking the rubber roof needs to be cut and peeled off, then section of ceiling/roof cut out, and then replaced? Is there a supplier for such "sandwich?" Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Diagnose any water around a register with the cover off. If a large tempearture differential exists between the A/C compressor and the register (think uninsulated ducts and hot roof) water may condense in the ducts or on the outside of ducts.

    You can peel back the roof, if careful and the adhesive Gods are smiling.:) Start on a side, towards an end, and peel. Solvents or heat sometimes help.

    If you choose to remove the ceiling panel, Starcraft may have a direct replacement available.

    BTW, a pressurized interior leak test will turn up even the smallest pinhole leaks.

    Definitely remove the vent and reseal if no damage is found. I’ve never seen a replacement panel, but it wouldn’t be all that difficult to repair a section. I’ve done it on a floor, but not a roof.
    Hopefully it’s just a slight leak with no real damage.

    Maybe, it's just the seal around the vent. First step might be to remove the vent, so you can see the condition of old seal and roof material. Note: The old seal cannot be reused.
