When I broke the window on my previous 5W, the glass shop had me bring in the frame. He made a cardboard pattern and sent it to his supplier. They cut the glass and then tempered it. I brought the frame back for installation.

You can call around to find a shop who will do the work. If your window is the non moveable section, it will probably require two trips by the shop to complete the installation.
