If you want a solar charger under $100, look for a Coleman 18W with charge controller. It may not charge while under heavy load, but if you have a light load on it will maintain charge levels. I use on on my RC trailer. I have an AGM Deep Cycle running a 1200Watt Inverter, and LED strip lighting. During a sunny day it will top off the battery, and under a light load where I had my Lipo charger charging up some RX batteries, it maintain 12.5 volts. It cost me $82 on sale. After you replace all the interior lighting with LED, it may be able to maintain voltage with a couple lights going, though it would be day time, so why you would need lights on......
