I replaced an 18ft frabric only last year. It was challenging to feed the rail and figure out the spring tensioner. Took 3 guys. A pickup truck and ladder or two. Trick is wind the springs in different directions. Do it wrong Start over winding. Be careful not to impale or blind yourself when using the vise grip
