Replacing Flooring

Ha ha you should be fine in August. I was meaning Octoberish time frame then starting in late Feb early March. Camp grounds ard pretty empty then :-)

Gosh! I was coming to CO in August but if it gets cold, no deal. Anyway, I have linoleum, Armstrong, glued down.

I agree with Steve, I replaced my floor with the wooden laminate floor and mine is floating and none of mine has come apart and I did the flooring throught out my 21 ft trailer. I did put a sheet of plastic down to help keep out some cold when it starts getting cold here in Colorado.

I have installed lots of these types of laminate in my house.

Normally the "click together" laminate floors are not supposed to be glued down when installed in a house. This is so expansion and contraction moves the whole floor as one unit and doesn't open gaps between the sections.

I would guess you would have the same expansion/contraction issue in a TT, probably even more so due to greater swings in temperature.

I doubt the floor would come up as the design of the snap edges make it very difficult to bend the joint upward. Personally, I would not glue it down.
