Retractable awning problem

Hello RVers!
My wife and I have a 2013 AR-One travel trailer and are experiencing issues with the awning retracting back to the rv. It will not retract unless we assist with pushing it in (still struggles). This happens when on battery (at 75-100% charge) or electric. The slide out works just fine. It also seems to extend very, very slow. Any ideas???? Camping world is 3+ weeks out to schedule an appointment to see it (awesome)....

    I'd see if there's another shop in the area that you're comfortable with and will do warranty work. For something as "minor" as an awning, I'd hate to see what CW could end up doing to it. There are lots of shops that will honor warranties, just to get your business when the warranty expires.

    I'd go ahead and get the appt scheduled, since it's under full warranty.
