Congrats on being a fellow Spree owner. They have some nice new features for 2014 like arched ceiling, slam latches and new light silver/grey exterior color. The new color really stands out in a CG.
One of first things I would do is go and weigh it at a scale. I've found on two Sprees now that the tongue weight is much higher than advertised - nearly double. I originally ordered spring bars based on the advertised factory tongue wt. before getting the 1st Spree and ended up having to buy higher rated ones. Also found that the GVW was much higher than expected, not leaving a whole lot of CCC. In our case, with all mods/upgrades done and all fully loaded for camping, all it takes is one full holding tank to be over the GVWR. If you're towing with a 1/2 ton, the I'd say that weights on the Spree are important to know. If it were me, I'd want to know what the actual tongue weight versus the payload capacity of the TV.
