I think my ' secure stance ' package on my Zinger was a sales gimmick. Gonna go with the 2nd friction bar VERY soon just to be able to control it a bit more. Big rigs are NOT fun to be next to. Been doing this since '95 and I've seen a lot.
Safe travels all!!

Welcome to the world of crappy Lippert frames. Been there done that with a Heartland.
Would you care to elaborate on how the frame itself is contributing to the OP's issues with sway or stability ?
Perhaps it has something to do with how the RV designer laid out the coach above regarding weight distribution, or maybe how the trailer is loaded, etc. ?
I'm neither defending nor promoting Lippert as a manufacturer of frames, but I will offer this: there are many, many RV's running down the highways on that brand of frame that tow just fine.
So if you have some inside info on how that brand is defective, I'm sure the curious among us would like to hear it for consideration.
I do have one trailer ( this camper ) on a Lippert frame, and I will admit some of the welds are not as good as they could be. Obvious that the guy welding at the front of this frame was not as skilled as the guy that was working at the back end. But, so far, in around 20 plus thousand miles, it's holding up fine. No cracks or other visible stress problems.
